What is the Online Banking conversion process?
In July, we will be migrating you to a different and improved system. Right now, all we are doing is consolidating the access point for your sign-in. We are not changing your Internet banking system.
How will I be notified when the move takes place?
We will be mailing a conversion letter, posting notices in Internet banking, and providing handouts at the branch.
Will automatic payments through Bill Pay continue?
We are not changing anything about your Bill Pay at this time. When we change systems in July, we will migrate over your Bill Pay information.
Will my login and password change?
Not at this time. We will notify you if either your login or password changes before we do so.
